• Every Tuesday 7am Hawaii Time // 10am Pacific // 1pm EST
• Every Friday 9am Hawaii Time // 12pm Pacific // 3pm EST
• Times subject to change but you will be informed at least one month beforehand.

💫 About the practice & sessions:

•  The practice is 25 minutes long with an OPTIONAL sharing with Tara & the group about the practice - total session time will be 30 minutes 

• All sessions are recorded and you have access to all recordings while you are a part of the membership

•  The session will be guided with simple cues and may include breathing techniques, postural cues, and/or visualization. 

• New and Full moon will be astrologically themed.
• Everything shared in the practice is to create greater confidence in your own daily practice. 

About Me 

Meditation has been the central pillar for the evolution of my soul. I have spent the past 7 years hosting anywhere between 1 to 10 days of silent meditation retreats. Cumulatively I have spent 200+ days in silent meditation and have guided hundreds of souls from around the world, in person and virtually. My personal practice is rooted in Vipassana, however, I love working with mantra, visualization, breath work, and other psychic practices. The inner world is just as expansive as the outer and I have discovered a well of creativity that opens through traversing the inner world. Would love to have you join me on this soul full and intimate journey of inner expansion!
